The Budgeting and Tracking Multiple Projects template for SharePoint Technologies helps users manage projects and their related budgets, tasks, issues, and milestones. This template provides project managers the ability to enter project information incldung estimated start and end days, project health, project owner, percentage complete and budget information in both currency and days. In the same application, project team members can enter and update tasks, issues and milestones and associate their actions to specific projects. Both project health and task items can be displayed in various views including a Gantt Chart view or a list format.

At the project portfolio level, the template includes a visual dashboard showing the overall status of all projects, including percentage complete, red, yellow, green indicators of whether the project is on budget, and a listing of project issue and task status.
